Delivery

Processing time is 1-3 business days.

All orders will be dispatched with Royal Mail and the delivery time is expected as follows:

   - UK: 2-3 days

   - Anywhere outside the UK: 1-2 weeks

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Payment options

Most of debit and credit cards and PayPal accepted.

Returns & Exchanges

We don't accept returns or exchanges on hair accessories and face masks due to hygiene reasons, however please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

For home decor items, bags and pet accessories (excluding pet wedding outfits) we accept returns within the next 14 days. Any postage cost is to be covered by the buyer.
